If you doubt that this company is anything but concerned about how much money they can suck from your wallet.. then give them a try.
The service sucks, they like to blame your configuration. They don't provide the real reasons why your service suffers (if you can wait 1 hour to speak to an agent who comes from another country and lacks the linguistic skills to be understood).
When you try to dump them, it's like squeezing blood from a stone.
They pretend to care ... but all they care about is MONEY.
They have grossly neglected their infrastructure ( for those who need to know what that means .. they are not re-investing into their equipment and lines to improve their services). They like to buy expensive boats instead ...(oh wait that's Hydro One).
Let's face it .. those copper lines have been paid for a long time ago .. they keep charging us for something we have already paid for many times over. We rightfully own them , they keep feeding off us like vampires.
Greed is their middle name.
Don't buy any of the BS those two beavers feed you.
If you must be subscribe to their television packages it's probably because Rogers is the worst of two evils. We need a competitive market in Canada where there are more than two major providers of entertainment.
The CRTC is a bunch of idle toads who close their eyes to all this hypocrisy and let it go on. Shame on you CRTC .. you are useless.
