    The first 90+ days were an unbelievable nightmare. Extremely slow speeds and constantly dropped service. We spent many hours on the phone talking to poorly trained and at times very difficult to understand 1st level tech support people in India before being finally passed on to their 2nd or 3rd level people.

    Only after 4 or 5 month from signing did our Bell high-speed finally become a reliable and dependable internet service. Todays speed of 2590 kbps down & 581 kbps up is far from what was originally promised or what we are paying for but it's something we can live with.

    In my conversations with the sales department I really don't recall the catch all phrase of, UP TO, being used. I've been in high tech sales myself for many years and I certainly could never get away with making misleading statements like those used freely by Bell. The sales tactics used by Bell and many other N.A. Telcos are simply untrue and border line criminal.
