Sympatico provides a decent, stable connection at a reasonable price. I had a fair share of hiccups with Bell Sympatico, but these were all bureaucratic and billing errors.
Their customer service leaves much to be desired. They can answer your questions if you are a beginner, but it is very difficult to be elevated to the proper level of support. Yes, my modem is plugged in. Yes, I've reset it. Yes, my computer is plugged into my modem. Yes, I'm sure.
