    It's simple: I've been a Bell customer for nearly 20 years. Due to BS's packet rifling, unauthorized meddling in customer's accounts, and outsourcing of support - I finally switched my DSL away.

    Due to Bell/Sympatico's anticompetitive attitude towards its wholesalers, I'll be switching my phone services away too.

    That's it.
