    Left rogers after they illegally scanned me then terminated my service and had to call to get reactivated ( nothing like a firewall that works - my design btw )
    I Had a 3 year contract for the Ultra 5 megabit Unlimited
    Install is esy i know howto setup myself others may have issues having some guy form india htey can't understand try and help them...

    That emily system is a fraking joke, the times you most have issues are when business hours are not in so its useless to get hold of them( just tell them to get someone the line or your getitng a damn lawyer - worked for me)

    OK had one good year no issues.
    THEN
    i moved twice in 5 months
    After the 1st move that is when it all began.
    Calls constantly to get me to buy into a satellite ( to which i replied why? i downlaod my tv fast free, and convient i get what i want when i want commercial free)
    note i had cable cost included in my room so i am paying for it in round about way anyhow.

    One day after my last move, i had setup an external HD on desk and went out to return to see it on floor.
    up till then not doing much between moves and packing.
    so i went back to net to get what i lost 84GB worth.
    next day i get a call form this guy from tech of theres from oshawa , he was very slick and smooth and mentioned that while i had been at last place he noted i could only get 4megabit and stated he could give me 7 megabit to which i said nice that makes up for what i didnt have before. He never mentioned the following:
    It was a trick to get me into a 7 megabit capped account at 60GB ( i already dled 84GB)
    They had violated my trust and breeched my contract by no authorization.
    For the next 3 weeks i had 30Kbytes speed and called twice a dya trying to find out why
    my 5 megabit unlimited was being shaped ( i could get 5 megabit on httpd-websites and everyhting else was 30kbytes )
    finally one person explained it too me what had happened.
    I then called office and htey said it would be fixed in 3 days and that they had to disconnect me at the house cause there was sme hardware they had to remvoe and readd ( can this be the traffic shaping at a more local level then previously thought?)
    anyhow nothing was done and it took 5 days to get back online and low and behold
    30kbytes still and after another 3 days a calls they claimed it woudl be fixed
    i was sooo stressed i gave up for two weeks and then came back ( i was only able to play ogame.org a online php game every other use of the net was useless)
    and i said i wante dot cancel they asked where and who iwas going wiht to which i said non of yur damn business. after an hour or two on phone to get stuff canceled
    GUESS WHO I GOT TO FINISH THIS JOB.
    THE SAME ASS THAT STARTED IT ALL.
    i kept calm and cool and he stated and i told him im taping everythignnow a days.
    "if you cancel your account before the 28th your not liable for the next months charge as billing dates are the 5th."
    he lied of course.
    and ive had to scream legal threats at them after they kept billing me.
    two months on and i get a 100$ early termination fee.
    HUH
    they breech my contract with deciet and fraud and they want tp penalize me and charge me 30$ for the month before as well?
    NOT
    BOTTOM LINE
    if you are into being defrauded , lied to wish loads of stress and hastles and lack a service and technical support that knows what it is doing
    ( oh yah i just remembered the tech support guy that kept asking for my ROOT password over and over and i kept saying i aint giving you jack buddy no reason for you to be asking for root passwords )
    that leads to another question if bells network is so badly virii'd as reported i wonder how many of there tech support getting home user passwords contribute to it.
