    2 Years ago, after had try both Videotron and Bell, I decide to go to bell with their unlimited High speed internet. During 1 year and half I've been an happy customer, never being charged for noting etc.

    Ok, to keep your contract safe, you need to refuse their offers, but it was ok..... til i had to call Bell on April beginning......

    During one year and half without needing to call bell... Open hour now goes 24/7, no more only 9/5 like it was for many years......

    Was a good point, till I Realize they pay lower Indian guy to answer the phone..........

    I did called about 30 times to finally found here on DSLR that the problem is the Bell Traffic Shaping, DPI...

    Nobody on phone know what I'm talking about.....jerks

    I also have a lots of randoms disconnect, more that 10 a day, already 2 tech did came and checked all the internal home wiring.... and on phone they say the problem is from the inside.... n&way... i was moving to a new appartment, and had to change

    The only great thing is the retention department! They'll give you great deals.......

    It didnt change my mind, Ill get Electronic box speedcable unlimited unthrotled...from a great videotron connection

    Ok it's more expensive 64.99/mo, but paying for what I get, I like!!

    Ive asked 3 month free without contract unlimited at BS retention dept

    If they give them the opportunity to show me that they are STILL able to offer a great service , ill maybe think again about it, But, at the moment, at my new place, I pay 0$ to bell Canada, I'm not using their phone line at all ( new voip user!) And ill continue to suggest all my friends, family, to cancell their Bell Service...

    ps. sorry for the poor written English, I'm from Quebec and I speak mostly french..

    Who want to give some money to a company who prefer paying Indians... 2-3 years ago, it was 100% Canadians jobs, where our money is going?
