    I have always been a Sympatico user because It was the only ISP in the 90's for my area. Never signed a contract and always fought for the right to not be on a contract In the last year my rate has gone up from $45 a month to $55 for the same speed Ultimate High Speed Unlimited Downloads ( Fastest at the time). This was only after I fought to not be put on there new rate system and new service that would give my more bandwidth( From 5 Mbps to 7 Mbps but restricts the download limit and charges me extra for every ?Gig over limit downloaded. It took me 5 hours on the phone and having to talk to supervisors in the business department to have myself NOT changed to this new system or forced to sign a contract in lieu of staying onn the old system. I only found out about the change by reading there service emails that i usually delete. It was going to happen automatically. I'm a tech support and am so frustrated by bell that I finally threatened to leave. Take my Internet and home phone If they did not reduce my rate to a competitive price. I got 5 months back dating and a $10 reduction a month to my rate. I am still switching to Teksavy cause Bell could only offer me this for a year and then they reserve the right to raise the rate again and force me on a contract. F^&$%^&CK THEM. where has good customer service gone. Not happy
