The order and install process was flawless. It only took 2 days from order to surfing.
The modem is a 2Wire that makes the installation even easier and the WiFi has good signal strength.
The delivery guy could not find my house the first time out. I live on a brand new street and am the first one... I asked to have the modem delivered to another address to make it easier, but Bell said they could only deliver to the service address, why???
Overall, my experience has been good. I have not had to call technical support, so I can't speak to it. I am happy with the speed (5 meg) and the rock solid connection.

| Re: BULLSHIT No worries. I actually had very consistent 4Mb/sec speed with Sympatico for 6-7 years until now. I moved to an apartment 4 blocks away from my old house and now my connection is about 2.6Mb/sec and I have drops every few days - can be frustrating for sure.
My biggest peeve is the throttling though .. | |
