"Switching to Teksavvy when we move...Won't get me a neutral Internet, but at least they're less crooked than Bell and Teddyboy."

I've used Bell in Cornwall prior to all the BS and didn't have trouble, moved to a neighbourhood where Bell was 1 MBit as opposed to the 4 I got downtown, so switched to Cogeco and got as fast as 9.5 on a good day but had some throttling issues, with Bell in Ottawa and it's bad. Never had install problems in Cornwall with either, the service was already running when I got to Ottawa so I don't know. Moving to a different part of Ottawa some time next year and definitely going with Teksavvy.
Due to recent CRTC decision, I have decided to give Bell a 1 on all counts out of spite for the way they treat Canadian consumers. The CRTC is too busy being a cultural gestapo and an ally of the monopolists to ensure that needs of consumers are met...Time for the government to re-write its mandate so that it can effectively represent the interests of Canadian consumers: Seems all they do now is make-out with Bell executives and make it harder for immigrants to get foreign programming than it is in other multi-cultural countries.
