    Unacceptable. BT is throttled to the point of being useless. We're also paying for 5 mbps and only getting 4. At first, I was setup for 3!!! So, I had that changed to 4. If Bell didn't cripple BT and the CO was closer (I live in a large city and the CO is kind of far. Makes no sense.) I would give them high marks. If we weren't on a contract we'd drop them ASAP.
