    So I was forced to move out of my apartment due to a nasty wake boarding accident. I move in with my parents. So I call bell to have my account transferred to their house. That went smooth. I get my internet up and running on the day promised I was all happy little a little school boy!!!

    I then find out that well my speeds are not up to par I was getting only 1.5 mb on a 5 mb account. I then proceed to the bell forums and talk and talk and have test and so on. Then I got a ticket number which I had to call in to setup an appointment to have a tech sent to my parents home to fix my parents phone line due to "noise" in the line. So he came over while I was at work dealt with my parents I come home now my speeds are dropped. Now this whole time I am being told that well you are so far from the CO that you will only get 1.5 mb service and now it is 1 mb?? I then find out while on the phone that my contact information was not properly switched and there seems to be confusion with testing?? I finally get that figured out and fixed and while on the phone the polite lady offers me 7mb service?? I am thinking you are joking right, I can't even get 5mb service and I am paying for this!! Well now I am almost on my way out the door. I have been with Sympatico for 9 years, it has been a great service always got great speeds all all times of the day with no problems. I move and it all takes a nose dive to hell.

    That is my review/rant of sorts.
