    HEAVY throttling of Torrent.
    Modem died, took 3 business days to replace. Shipped from 3km away from me.
    Phone support is horrible. Call scripts are frustratingly condescending.
    Hardware is all-in-one Modem/Router/Wireless. One fails, they all fail.
    No idea what brand... Heavily customized by Bell.
