Value for money:

Okay, for the longest time I thought I was waiting for an installation date. This is the magic date when everything will change for me in my quest to get DSL service from PSN.net.

I was wrong.

Now pay attention because this gets tricky. There are FOUR different dates you have to be aware of.

The date the outside wiring takes place.
The date they reveal to you the date that the outside wiring will take place.
The date they let you know they will be able to reveal to you The date the outside wiring will take place.
The date they let you know the inside wiring will take place.
The date the inside wiring takes place.

I have yet to receive ANY of these dates. I was told by Sabrina in Order Provisioning (Sabrina is a compulsive liar) that the date would be May 11. I waited all day on may 11 just to for a phone call from her to tell me a date when something "real" might happen.

It never happened.

Mary Sirles now tells me that the CEO of PSN.net is sending emails about my account and that means business. While I am very exicted that she is impressed by this gesture, the situation for me is no different than it was when they took my money over two months ago.

On that note. I do hope that PSN.net is enjoying my money. When I signed up I got "free" installation. To get this "free" installation I had to pay the $200 installation charge and then get it refunded after the installation was complete. At the time this seemed reasonable.

I am glad that I did not need that money. I hope PSN.net is using it well. I find it interesting that they kept and gained interest on my $200 when in fact they WERE NOT EVEN WIRED OR PHYSICALLY CAPABLE of providing service to Washington, DC when they took my order and my money.

They have a staff that were paid to lie and stall me until they could get setup and really offer service. PSN.net blatantly deceived me and a number of other "customers" so that they could have money in the bank for a service that they had no way to ever provide. We like to call this fraud.

If you life in the District of Columbia and are a victim of this fraudulent action by PSN.net, please contact me via email.

Thank you.
Sean Williams
