I had DSL installed in my apartment last weekend and have been very happy with it so far. The installer showed up on time. He installed the splitter on an outlet inside the house and immediately got a signal. I installed the nic while he hooked up the modem. I was downloading a service pack at 130k/sec about 10 minutes later. The equipment fee was waived, so I paid $99 for the installation. I lost sync for a few seconds the second night I had it, but other than that no complaints. I have not tried tech support, but judging from what others have said I assume that it is horrible.
