I came back to Verizon, after being with Road Runner for nearly 9 years. I ordered service on 2/12/09 - and was given a ready service date of 2/20/09. Well the 20th turned into the 28th, due to additional work had to be done on my line. After many calls, and dealing with the worst tech support i've ever dealt with. The CO basically didn't wire me correctly.
After i was lit, my speed/stability/pings etc.. All have been rock solid. Cannot beat the price of 29.99 a month for 3/768. If they can fix their ordering department/tech support problem, all will be good.
4/18/09 - Service always 3/768 - No Downtime, no outages. Can't beat the reliability, just wish I could get more!
