This is a revised review.
I get okay speeds of like 768k / 128k. It isn't comparable to Cable except for cost. I think that if I had a job and wasn't still a poor college student living at home, I would spend the extra money to use Cable.
Verizon DSL satisfies all my basic needs of surfing, updating the comps, getting podcasts, and light recreation.
I'm going to stick with Verizon for now but I can't wait to hear about FIOS in NYC. I know they are in contract talks.
I don't game online anymore so I don't need speed, I need reliability.
