I ordered my dsl service on 12/2/03 and received my install kit in 3 days. My service ready date wasn't until the 12th, but I got an email saying it was ready on 12/8/2003, wow that's fast! My first experience with Bell Atlantic DSL wasn't good, but DSL as a whole was pretty young at the time, so it's understandable. So far, it's been reliable (no down time) and the speeds are nice (although OOL blew them away). I'm just sick of paying 145.00 p/m for 4 tvs with IO and internet, so I got the dtv with Tivo, total choice plus with local, hbo and showtime package and dsl for around 100.00 per month, which is saving me 540 a year. I deffinitly recommend this combination to all.

Update 9/26/07:
No longer with Verizon, but it's not due to quality issues. I have decided to go with OOL via the triple play, and speeds are 10x faster with boost. However, for budget watchers, Verizon is a great choice.
