Can't even remember what happened when I first signed up, over 6 years ago. (Ex BA) It's been a great broadband experience over these years. I do remember I paid a lot more for a lot less in speed when I first signed up, no free modem then either.
Tech support for the most part has been excellent, I went through all the upgrades that they provided, and nary a problem. I did have a bit of a problem getting them to put me back on fast path after my latest upgrade. Ping times, and latency are superior.

2.2 years since my last update, SMOOTH SAILING!!!!! nada for problems.
Locked in @ 2478/745 on speed tests, and excellent latency. My only problem would be is when fios arrives (laying cable now). I hate to leave DSL but I may have to. I'd sure like fiber optics, of this I'm sure.
