    I ordered online and was quoted 14 days. The router came in 3 days and the service went live after 10 days. It took 10 minutes to set up and i cancelled OOL 2 days later.

    I found the link on DSLR to go straight to the setup web page and never installed any software so I cannot comment on that.

    Newsgroups are great, faster with this 128 / 768 than the OOL service and you can have 5 legal connections i think versus 2 with OOL. The tremendous speed variations that I got with OOL are gone and on the occasions when I do a speed test I get exactly what I am paying for.

    Can't say anything about tech support because I have never used it. I did call before I ordered to make sure I could upgrade to FIOS within the years contract and was told that was ok.
