    This is a great serivce. I live in a small town in NJ and works ALL THE TIME. Those comcast commericals lie. Easy setup...ALL USB no more serial port garbage. My own router works great with their service. USED FOR ABOUT 4 years now....STILL GOING. and dropped some dollars. (comcast has not) .....message me and ill show you!
