    I have had the service for about 18 months. It has been very good except for one technical issue that lasted for a month recently. It took many phone calls to convince them there was an issue at the switch and not on my computer. The issue was finally corrected and I received credit for a month of service.

    I had another technical issue but escalated to the President of Verizon's office. Problem was fixed in a day. The person I spoke with admitted the tech support has much to be desired. Since I have has minimal issues the tech support is frustrating but it is still the best value.

    Since my last problem, I have had no issues. I still think it is a good value.
