BBR has been pestering me for a review so I finally oblige. I live in a new neighborhood that is served by an RT, and VZ being VZ, it took a year for them to finish out the DSL build out. Fortunately I was able to use TW as a stopgap. Service was not bad, but, there were intermittent outages.
Anyway, DSL finally became available 9 months ago so I jumped at the chance. I did the self install and received a free Westell 327 modem/wireless router. Works very well and the wireless is good from the 3rd floor to the basement. Bottom line: rock solid connectivity with no caps. NEVER down. 3000/768 service always tests ~ 2800/720.
Tech support gets a 3 because I haven't needed them yet. Hopefully FIOS eventually. They just started to build out my county this year.(In VZ owned areas)
UPDATE 2/16/08
Everything is still perfect with my connection. It has never been down and works flawlessly. My CO started FIOS buildout last year and I'm hoping they make it to my development this year.
Hopefully I'll be back with a FIOS review later this year.

Still working flawlessly. No downtime. Still waiting for FiOS.
