The service is great once you finally get Verizon to place the orders. In my case it took about 3 weeks and several phone calls to get this accomplished. If you are forced to call for anything the only way I found to get prompt service, or anything useful for that matter, is to indicate you want to cancel the service. This gets your call answered immediately by a human, the people are very knowledgeable, helpful and will get you instant access to technical help if required. In my case they apparently screwed up the order to change from monthly to yearly along with an upgrade from 1500 to 3000 download rate. Once I went the above route the order was completed in about 2 hours.
