I am getting almost what they say I should get. I moved from one apartment to another in the same building, and had initial installation trouble. I needed a tech to rewire the network interface. It had been disconnected. Once connected, I needed to get the system changed from one PC to a router. After 1/2 hour on hold, instructions were given to enable a router to be used. It took a few months to work the kinks out, but it has been a year since the service started, with no problems. Verizon is now offering the same service for a little less a month, but I won't try to get the lower price, too difficult. They ended up charging me about $2 a month more because I don't have a vice POTS on the same line.
