    My Other Reviews·Verizon FIOS
    I'd write an essay here but all my energy is gone after dealing with Verizon. The entire experience is something I NEVER want to go through again. Suffice it to say that the sales people never know what they are talking about and the technical support people never seem to have the "authority" to make changes that are PURELY TECHNICAL in nature! Both departments never accept responsibility for anything, always putting the blame on another department or on the customer him/herself. Beware: doing something as simple as trying to upgrade your speed may result in cancellation of your account for "unknown" reasons. Let's hope their FIOS service doesn't fall to these levels...
