    My Other Reviews·Charter Pipeline
    I called Verizon in mid November to order POTS and 3mb DSL for starting on December 6.
    No problem they said.
    POTS was ready on the 6th, but I was told DSL would be 2 more weeks. Apparently DSL cannot be ordered until POTS is active. Qwest is different. POTS and DSL takes a total of 3-5 business days for both.
    That is my only complaint.
    The service has been as stable as my Qwest DSL was and the price is great.

    2009-01-01 Update:

    Still rock solid after 2 years. Maybe a2 or 3 outages total. It's difficult for me to cancel Verizon and keep Charter because the DSL price is so low.
