I chose the 768/128k speed package. I was looking for something that was cheaper than cable, but faster than dial up. Everything is great till I used it to play massive multiplayer games. You will lag like crazy. Also if your on a network, I recommend you get the 3/768k package. I'm on a network of 4 computers and sometimes when we're all on, the internet gets a little slow. You will get a Westell 6100 modem. For the basic users, this is the right internet for you.
