    Speed and reliability are the most common factor to consider for broadband. I ordered the 2Mbps/1Mbps package at $29.99/month for 12 months. The installation was fast and clean. The IT support personel was so friendly and effective. The wireless modem/router was great and reliable. The signal was stronge to cover 2000 sq. ft. The only problem was the filter requirement for every phone jack. The good thing was that Verizon provided all the phone jacket filter for free.
