    I have been a customer of Verizon DSL for almost 7 years. When I first got it, it was working like a charm not slowing down then shortly after the 6th year my service started to become Dial-Up like. Verizon Tech Support keeps it hush hush on Central Office problems or any other problems that is not widespread. Keeps telling me that I have a great connection and all this stuff but really its a pain having to argue over something that isn't right or something that Verizon is hiding from its customers. Verizon Tech Support have abandoned all DSL customers and are focusing more on the future connections such as 7Meg DSL and FIOS than take care of those with 768K, 1.5Meg and 3Meg service. When asking for a supervisor, the tech support reps get nasty as why you want to talk to a supervisor?? Last night called up Tech Support and talked to a Supervisor but he never gave his name at all after asking nicely for his name.
