I just recently cancelled Time Warner Phone, and Cable, but I get the RR as a back up. I ordered my DSL, Phone, and got DirecTV. The Verizon DSL Tech Support was great for the first call they resolved my issues, and got me up and running. Verizon DSL has great webmail, as well as different service options such as Yahoo, MSN, or AOL to give you a even better expierence. The speed is 3.0/768. Not a difference in wait time from Time Warner. Verizon has given me 3 months free of the service. I also took advantage of their security suite even though I use Windows Live OneCare.
