I ordered the service and it was up in the time that they allotted for the install. Got the hardware a little later than the service ready date and was up as soon as I got the hardware installed. I am using the westel 2200 series dsl modem. I ordered the 1.5/384 service originally, now I am on the 3/768 service a year later from the install to the present. The service was only down 2 times in the 5 yrs I had it! The best thing is the solid connection, but customer service leaves something to be desired, as in the whole "fastpath" ordeal when I upgraded my service. It took me forever to get it switched, as they are not keen on doing it for the customer.
