My grandmother tried getting Verizon's DSL, and had a horrible experience trying to get technical support to do anything to get her installed and working. They have no advance technical support process for escalated un-resolved issues and their hold times sometimes exceed what you are allowed to hold for. Meaning their phone system will tell you they are too busy now and can't take your call and tell you to call back for technical assistance at a later date/time. I will never reccommend Verizon's DSL ever again to anyone.
Incase anyone is wondering, my grandmother ended up canceling since DSL was never able to work, even when I tried bringing my computer over, still wouldn't work! Buyer-beware!
