It's really amazing that a company can hire people to work as a tech support agent that can't even recognize the difference between a server problem and a computer problem. You wait on the phone for an unreasonable amount of time just to finally get to talk to someone who's english is so bad you barely can understand them and then they give you every excuse in the book why the problem is in your computer and not in their servers. EXCUSE ME BONEHEADS, the problem exsists no matter where I am in the world so how is it in my computer?

Unless you're technically advanced enough to be able to tell these idiots what's wrong and how to fix it, then avoid Verizon like the plague!!

    Boneheads I agree!!!

I just did their little "screen sharing" and the tech was trying to do a speed test and it asked for Java and Flash so he ignored it then when I was installing it, he was like "What is that you are downloading?" And I told him "Java, to be used for the speed tests" And he was like "What is Java? What is Adobe Flash? what do they do?" I told him "you can't be a tech if you don't know what those 2 things are.. your computer needs those 2 programs for websites."
