"tech support uses call centers in India. Reps have heavy accents and will not transfer you to a Rep in the USA."

    Verizon DSL is a very good value for the budget conscious consumer. The reliability is excellent. Just hope that you never have to call Tech Support. It is outsourced to India and you will have to deal with a Rep with a heavy accent. Not a deal breaker but very annoying.
