Not the worst...they do try on occasion...but certainly NOT 'your money's worth'.
I've been with them since GTE began ADSL in the early 1990's.
There is no customer appreciation whatsoever. Like most businesses these days, the mighty buck is god. Right now I pay for 3g down and 850 up. At the start it was at least meeting that speed. Now, years later, I'm closer to 2.5g and 650. Disgusting!!! I tried switching to TW, but it was worse.
Wouldn't it be a pleasant shock if one called Verizon's assistance/tech number and there was someone knowledgeable and English speaking on the other end?
I do everything within my power to avoid ever having to call them. If, for some insane reason it becomes mandatory, I prop myself up with an aspirin (first), my pot of coffee, cancel ALL appointments, and break out in a sweat, knowing the tension pain in my neck and shoulders will not leave for a couple of days.
Yes...it's THAT serious!!!
