Ordered dsl service, got the stuff in the mail in about two weeks. Guy came to my house in about a week and a half. No issues with connections other then the PITA to connect my router to the modem via ppoe. Support is very terrible too bad it is all outsourced to Pakistan or India. I can only get up to 3/768 at my address 2 miles from the CO. Very poor customer service, supposed to be on auto pay only to find out that when I configured my one bill four months later that I was never auto billed/paid and got a nice $120 bill plus activation fee of 19.99. Called for some help on payment and got the India people again. They transferred me to a perfect speaking english rep(go figure when they want money they can pay people to actually speak english) to try to work it out, ended up just paying for it all at once anyway as it was a legit bill(was never charged via auto pay). Other then that, if there is anything else that comes this way and is fair, I'll be one of the first to go to that.
