The internet goes down without warning and knocks out my VOIP. Called technical support a few times and was able to get new modem but problem still presists.

Verizon service let down

My experience with verizon has been HORRIBLE! My dvr box breaks constantly and I do not like the way the tech support works. Very rude people

have to agree. i have no landline service right now, and internet is intermittent. can't get a tech out until next week. can i get a credit on my bill? don't think so.
