They're good at selling their products.
False Advertising, fail to deliver the service paid by customer, poor support and customer service.
Look for other ISP such as smaller local ISP, they normally have better service.

This ISP allow their network to get congested causing their customer to call the tech support because their internet become so slow/laggy.

Verizon is too greedy to upgrade their system to resolve the latency issue. Instead they will create and made up a new issue with their customer such as an outage, they're working on it. They will even send a technician to their customer resident only to tell the customer there is nothing wrong with your dsl.

It's been a few months they're playing this game with me, they even refuse to give me credit back for the time i was with no internet. Right now its 3 am and my ping is 1835 ms.
