This ISP allow their network to get congested causing their customer to call the tech support because their internet become so slow/laggy. Verizon is too greedy to upgrade their system to resolve the latency issue. Instead they will create and made up a new issue with their customer such as an outage, they're working on it. They will even send a technician to their customer resident only to tell the customer there is nothing wrong with your dsl. It's been a few months they're playing this game with me, they even refuse to give me credit back for the time i was with no internet.
