    Installaiton was done when promised. I had trouble with the USB modem that was shipped to me. After talking to tech support on the phone, it was discovered that there is a problem with the USB voltage on some early K6II machines. I had them ship out a STH and have been surfing with great success.

    Speed seems to be above average @ 1220 down 220 up.

    I am now using Win XP Pro and the built in PPPoE seems to be working just fine.

    I've been with BSFA for 19 months...STILL GREAT:D:D

    Update: I've now been with BellSouthFastAccess for two years and all is still working great. :)

    After 4.5 years all is still GREAT!!!!!
