Have had DSL service here for a number of years. Started out w/ old PCI card w/ line swapper. Now have home networking Westell Versalink 327w, 6M service. Upgrade requests have all been automated and completed very quick.
Telco services are the one to stick with. The only thing I could complain about is their outsourcing of phone support. There are plenty of IT savy people who need jobs here. It all boils down to the $$.
All in all, rock solid service.

Updated just for the heck of it.
Still rock solid reliability. IP TV comin soon, new rt units being installed all around the area here, none at my rt or XB site as of yet.
Only complaint is DNS caching has gone way down. Running 6M here and loading time has gone to pot. Reconfiged to OpenDNS and YOWZAAAA, blazing fast like it should be.
AT&T thing doesn't bother me, should have left all that alone to begin w/ years ago, we'd all be on fiber now IMO, but kudos to the people who wanted to save their $2.50 cents/ mo. As the song by the idol guy says "I'm comin' home, to the place where I belong" .
