I have had BS for nearly 5 years now with very little issues and maybe 2 or 3 minor outages lasting less then a day. During that time I had moved 3 times and each location my stats were always excellent and always had good service. Drawback now is where I am located I cannot get 6mps at least not yet.
I recently converted to Business Class and they did foul up on my modem order, I ended up with 2 modems and paid for 2 modems. These were the Netopia 3347NWG wireless router. Rather then argue, I kept both using the other as and access point on the other side of the house and as a backup modem.
It amazes me to see how many people on this site having issues with BS(ATT), I honestly never had any, I guess I am lucky.
Bottom line, the service is good; the Level 1 telephone support is useless unless you happen to get someone in the US.

After 2 year since the introduction of 6meg, still unavailable. Still reliable. They did foul up my IP assignments, and I had to re-do DNS listings. However they were very apologetic and attempted resolve the issue very quickly, after I was put in contact with US based support.
ATT, come home leave the Indian Support to support India. Do you want an extra 5.00/per month, I would pay if you can give me 100% US Based support
