    8/22/07:I have DSL xtreme 3mb service. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and everything came as promised.

    I called Tech Support because I had lost my password, and it took 20 minutes to get my password reset by "Charlie" who I can only assume was foreign due to his accent, but he was still extremely pleasant to talk to and I could understand every word he said.

    Overall, I'm impressed after having this service for 10 hours.
