    I used to have both Comcast cable and BellSouth DSL - the DSL was initially a backup because the cable was down so often. I finally canceled my cable service because although it was faster it was very unreliable. The one time I had to have a tech out he was here the next business day rather than 4 business days later that seemed to be the best that Comcast could do. Ordering and installation was very easy with the self install kit arriving a few days after placing the order and installation was a simple affair as well. I would like to have a faster speed, but that's just a function of distance to the node. I tried to call and ask about upgrading my speed and that became a nightmare of phone menus and foreign support people that kept transferring me around. That was my only bad experience.
