    2 bad points:

    They're running a scam on the "DSL modem included" deal. Modem is included "if you sign up online" but online enrolment is disabled, i.e. you can't do it, so you have to call them, so modem was not included. I bought my own from NewEgg, Netopia 2241N-VGx about $50.

    They sneak an installation of Motive Technologies software onto your Windows machine. Motive installs two directories with many DLLs/executables, installs a Service, and several hundred entries in your registry and there is NO uninstall procedure! That sucks!
