After waiting years for DSL, we finally saw field techs working in the area installing RDSLAMs back in April. Fast forward to July, and we now have DSL. Installation took about 30 minutes, but it took even longer to get the PPPoE setup with the wireless router. I really have no idea why AT&T doesn't include instructions for setting that up, because a majority of people have wireless routers with their DSL service. Also, the average consumer wouldn't be able to setup their modem with their wireless router. After fumbling with logging into both the modem and router for another 30 minutes, our DSL was ready.
The speeds were right up to par with our provisioned speeds. No wild fluctuations in speed or anything odd. Dead solid reliable.
So far, we are thrilled with our DSL and installation couldn't have gone any better.
