I moved to Southport, NC and needed a new ISP, I talked to a few people who said TWC was the way to go. Well after only one month I canceled them, just couldn't stand the service. I now have ATT DSL and it is great. Reminds me of Verizon DSL I had back home. It's all the time and I get full speed. Can't say the same for TWC. I am also saving money because I got rid of the TWC ISP, phone and cable for ATT's package of DSL, phone, and DirecTv service. And all three are better than what TWC had to offer.
In short, If you live in this area, just go with ATT. You don't get the faster speeds of TWC, but atleast the connection is on so you can use it. Can't say the same about RoadRunner.
