    Started with their 3meg service at my new address, and eventually moved to the 6meg as it became available. Had service for about 3 years now, and it has slowly gone downhill (i guess in response to all the ground splice boxes that get hit with mowers along this road that they never re cover or replace). I get frequent resyncing periods that eventually result in my downstream sync being just a hair over the 3meg sync rate. Tried many times to get the issue resolved all the way up to and including an in home visit where the line was reported as suitable to handle the 6 meg connection just fine.

    Oh well, at least it is HSI, right?
