    My biggest complaint is that my service comes and goes whenever there is any sort of thunderstorm within 20 miles. My service also seems much, much slower during the work day, even to my data center, so I know it isn't busy content servers that are just bogged down.

    Suggestion

    GET U bst tech scheduled to check the lines from the dslam and all good sync to the nid. Also get him to come on the inside to plug his meter to check sync to ur jack. Sounds like we got some potential asw issues here and att(bst tech) can climb the pole to get u fixed up. Dont give up.
