Considering Clear in ATL, however high latency, other ISP's for DSL in my area have to use AT&T thus same service, higher cost, bad connections. Comcast was horrid experience for entire year, will not go back, now ATT is getting as bad as comcast.
ZERO tech support.

They put those who can help 5 layers beyond your reach...their is only voting with your feet, getting ready for that.

att's fall from bellsouth's ease of use, to criminal service
I had Bellsouth DSL since they announced it and was content with the service. Then, ATT stepped in and screwed the pooch. They offered a trial of the U-Verse to us, which is more like U-suck service. I ended the trial early, but lost any hope to switch back to my Bellsouth email address. Now I am ****@att.net. They use the U-Verse as a way to take your original email address, what bum's! I had to get the 'drop line' to establish my former DSL service anyway. The fake number changes along with my account. I hate the service and excuses they use. It took 5 weeks before I could surf the internet because their main frame could not create an account on their system.
