7/31/2007 No issues to report, the one year term is over and the monthly rate changed to $34.99 on it's own.
1/13/2007 No issues to report, 4 months until term is over when that happens I will change to the $34.99 rate.
5/2006 My "Grandfather clause for life" Expert Plus package is gone. Now using the Elite Package 1yr term had a billing issue with changeover, the lower price was too much to resist.

No serious troubles to report, the term is over but there's no need to make any changes 7/8/05
Phone and DSL stopped working at 6pm on 11/24/04
Phone and DSL repaired 11am 11/26 first major trouble I've had in more than a year.

This was an ISP reseller switch, old account disconnected on 6/14/03. Ordered Yahoo DSL on 6/17/03 by phone that was a mistake. "Beatmeup" corrected the order to my satisfaction, got sync on 6/21/03 Raw speed increased by 100Kbps max attainable dropped by about 100Kbps, ping times 50 . And the connection is very stable. So I'm pitching my tent with SBC Voice / Long Distance / DSL.
